Raphael Gyane

S.C. Member and Managing Director.
As a founder of H2O Oasis, Inc., Raphael Gyane’s vision is to create access to safe water for the millions of people in Africa and beyond who currently do not have this access.
Raphael is a mechanical engineer by training, his passion for reaching the unreachable stems from his childhood. After graduating from college, he made it a point to help every community worldwide struggling to gain access to clean water.

Raphael has extensive experience in water and water supply systems. He designed and built the Voltic Mineral Water System in Ghana in 1994. He has also worked on several water and hydraulic systems as head of the Technical Department at the Rail Bridge Elizabeth Sea Port in New Jersey. His expertise also includes servicing of highly intricate heavy duty hydraulic and air pump equipment and machinery. He graduated from Maritime Academy in Great Britain with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Certificate of Competence as a Marine Engineer and Heavy Duty Mechanic.
One of Raphael’s missions and greatest passion, is a desire is to help ease the daily struggle for many Africans of finding portable drinking water. He knows that installing a water well system will put a smile on the faces of many men, women and children.

Dr. Victor Kpodo

Foreign Support Staff Africa
Dr. Victor Kpodo is a mechanical engineer and the Dean of the engineering department at the Kuami Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He has completed his Masters at the University of Minnesota and earned a PHD from the University of Salford in England.

Victor has a deep passion for helping the people of Africa. He is using his past extensive experience to reach deprived communities to get clean water. He is a valuable asset in helping locate and assist those deeply affected by contaminated drinking water. He will assist in locating and prioritizing well locations to make the largest impact on those affected by not having clean portable drinking water.

Victor is well a known African in many communities and villages. He is fully committed to H2O Oasis and their vision. He is valuable to the success in making the greatest and fastest impact in the lives of those diseased and currently suffering from not having clean portable drinking water.

Stephen Pales

S.C. Member and Secretary
Stephen Pales was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He currently resides in Talala, Oklahoma with his wife, Stacie Pales, and their four youngest of seven children. Stacie is the second most important person in his life next to Christ. She has played a vital role in allowing him to serve others in their local communities and around the world. Stacie holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing from Langston University and has worked in the medical field for over fifteen years. Stephen graduated from Owasso High School and holds a two-year degree in electronics

Stephen successfully managed several multi-million dollar territories in the food service distribution industry. He worked for large companies such as Sysco Food service, Ben E. Keith Food service and Dawn Food Products. He was involved in finance, sales and collections of such territories covering Oklahoma and the surrounding states. He was having great success in this industry but it never fulfilled his ambition of helping others.

Stephen began to follow his heart of helping others, and currently he is a licensed Church of God Minister of five years, and a full-time Police Officer. He has worked at the Talala Police Department since 2002 and is innovative in managing all aspects of the department. He has over fifteen hundred hours of specialized training in all fields related to law enforcement and working with governments. He also has a part-time ministry of helping the maximum security inmates at the David L Moss Correctional Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and works as a Missionary in foreign countries. Following his calling and desire to help others, Mr. Pales joined H2O Oasis.

Stephen is active as Vice President and Secretary responsible for handling all finances and gifts coming into the organisation and flowing out to their perspective places. He plays a vital role in establishing accounts, purchase orders and logistics for the organisation. He travels to Ghana and other foreign countries to oversee and account for all foreign transactions. He oversees building projects and establishes the security necessary in order to create a safe work environment for all employees and volunteer groups.

Stephen brings passion, joy and commitment into this organisation. He has a gift and ability to help others out of bad and desperate situations. Helping children and adults to have fresh clean drinkable water and putting smiles on their faces is a love and joy that is contagious. He wanted to join H2O Oasis because water is a basic necessity and most take it for granted. In foreign villages and countries this is not the case, survival to live and find fresh drinkable water is a daily battle. He wants to be part of the solution by installing safe pressurized water well systems. This will bring joy and smiles to many while easing the financial pressures caused by the many medical conditions created by contaminated water. He believes this will save these countries millions of dollars in medical expenses by people affected by contaminated water. He believes this is an affordable and simple solution and a win, win situation for all involved. He looks forward to serving the people and working alongside government officials to install this simple solution.

Eng. Ali A. Albiel

S.C. Member and Senior Technical Advisor – Programs
More than twenty-five years of development programs management and advisory experience in formulating, planning and implementing multi–year sustainable development strategies and programs driven by multi-donor participation including interventions for policy revisions and reforms as deemed necessary. Respectively, Eng. Albiel had the opportunity to work with leading international organizations such as the World Bank, WB, the United Nations Development Program, UNDP, the World Health organization, WHO, the Food and Agriculture organisation, FAO, and the United States Aid for International Development, USAID. Moreover, Eng. Albiel Assisted in the management of a wide spectrum of infrastructural program sectors including water, Sanitation, environment, agriculture, health, youth rehabilitation/civic engagement and education with major components in poverty, local administration, governance, decentralization, restructuring and in policy and regulatory reforms.

Cletis Coe

Drill System Engineer Consultant
Cletis Coe is chief executive officer (CEO) for Coe Productions LLC In Talala, Oklahoma. Cletis and his wife Diana reside in Talala and founded the company in 1980. Together they grew Coe Productions into a large successful corporation.

Cletis has worked on, built and operated pipelines since the early 1980’s. The first pipe line that he was involved with was the Diamond “S” pipeline owned by Service Drilling out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He went on and helped build the Bellport gathering lines near Vera Oklahoma and later was sold to Endeavor Energy, (OK Gas) the Caney Valley System.

Cletis brings over 30 years of exceptional leadership and strategic vision. He offers consulting services that covers from drilling to completion and even how to best achieve and maintain the wells after they go on production. He maintains a fleet of drilling and pumping rigs for Coe Productions. He is committed to assisting H2O Oasis in purchasing all necessary equipment to be used for drilling the necessary water wells.

Cletis has a passion and a heart for people and children. He served as President of the Royal Ranger Christian group for many years and is committed to helping people have clean drinking water for life.

Denton Hubbard

Pump Engineering Technician
Denton Hubbard grew up in the Foyil, Oklahoma. He grew up as a Pastor’s son and graduated from Foyil High School. He later attended Phoenix Technology School in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a two year degree and graduated on the Deans Honor Roll. He holds a Master’s Degree in Power-train and a Master’s Degree in Electronics from the Ford Motor Company. He currently resides in Foyil with his wife and two kids.

Denton is currently a Pastor at the House of Prayer Church in Foyil Oklahoma. He is a strong advocate for helping others. He is a committed Pastor and a devoted husband. He loves his children and the children of others. He recently left Bakers Hughes in Claremore, Oklahoma to pursue being a full time Pastor. He was employed as an Engineering Technician and assembled and modified pump designs. He was active in troubleshooting pump problems during the assembly process and modified the design. He was a highly sought after employee for his
Pump knowledge at Baker Hughes.

Denton brings a wealth of knowledge to H2O Oasis in pump mechanics. He is able to put together and assemble pumps needed for specific locations, soil problems and depths. We are confident in his ability to troubleshoot and solve any water pumping issues. He is still a highly sought after individual when it comes to pump design and mechanics.

Gene Kidd

Drill Technician Operator
Gene Kidd grew up in Delaware, Oklahoma on a small rural farm. He graduated from Delaware High School and later received a two year degree as a Machinist. He is a devoted husband and father to three children.

Gene currently works for Brenntag as a Warehouse Specialist. He is responsible for shipping, receiving, packaging and shipping chemicals for water treatment plants. He has a vast knowledge about chemicals used to treat water.
Gene has worked in the drilling industry since 1978 until 2012. He departed drilling industry do to a company buy out. He brings over 30 years of drilling knowledge that expands from drilling wells less than 1000 feet to over 10,000 feet deep. He understands and knows how to operate and fix the large equipment necessary to drill deep wells. He has experience on assembling and working on pipelines necessary to transport liquid products after tapping into the well. In the drilling industry Mr. Kidd is well known for his ability to drill and accomplish the goals listed.

Gene is a part time Pastor at the David L Moss Correctional Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has worked as a Missionary in Belize, Central America and has seen people suffer from not having clean drinking water. When asked what it is he would do to help others for the rest of his life, his reply was, “A chance to drill wells with a purpose.” Mr. Kidd brings experience, mechanics, engineering and a purpose to H2O Oasis.

Hannah Acquah

Hannah Acquah is an entrepreneur and Founder/CEO of The Knowledge Channel (TKC) Africa Ltd, a Management Consulting firm with a focus on facilitating deals and developing a pipeline for local and international investment firms. TKC Africa was in partnership with Ghana’s Ministry of Trade and Industry (MoTI) to assist in the promotion and showcasing of Made in Ghana goods and services. Furthermore, TKC Africa mission is identifying, training and investing in business and entrepreneurs across Africa through cultivating a network of investors looking for growth stage businesses.

As an Economist, Hannah has acquired over 16 years of professional experience. Her business advisory and execution experiences were both in large multinationals and SME’s. Her communications and external relations know-how were evident in both her Diplomatic and non-governmental experiences. Lastly, Hannah uses various media platforms to share and provide solutions to Africa’s economic development strategies, as well as liaises directly with investors interested in identifying opportunities on the African continent.

Miss Acquah has worked and consulted on 4 continents (Africa, Asia, EU and USA) for financial institutions such as Acumen Fund, Afreximbank (IATF 2018), Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bank PHB (ie. now Keystone Bank) and Deloitte & Touché; and in learning institutions such as Ashesi University, Lagos Business School, The MBA Tour, YALI West Africa and media houses EIB Network and Media General (Ghana Limited).

Hannah Acquah holds a Masters of Economics (honours) from Vanderbilt University, USA (2006), and a Bachelors of Management Information Systems (MIS) and International Economics from University of Maryland, USA (2003) and a Mandarin (Chinese) certificate, Beijing, China (2007). She is multi-lingual, a Board Member of Africa 2.0, a Fellow at Royal Society of Arts (UK), a Member of Acumen Network and YALI Network (USA), a member of WimBiz Nigeria) and was listed as one of the ‘25 Faces of the New Africa’ (BRICS Magazine, 2013).
